In requirements for q1 part two was writen that decision tree is not required.

“no frills” better suit to a cost leadership strategy, but not to Focus strategy. Focus strategy is targeted to particular customer or particular niche market.

Part b of Q1 could be in section B (option), but not in the Q1! I didn’t find that type of question in an exam kit and past exams.

Q2 – what strategy is most useful for manufacturing company? Focus?

Q1 part 1 I used PESTEL, Porter 5 forces and SWOT. I am not sure that Suitability, Acceptability and Feasibility for part 2 was OK.

Pass all three exams: F7 – 61%; F8 – 59% and F9 – 52%. I am happy wth results 🙂
