A machine has an investment cost of $60,000/- at time 0. The present value (at time 0) of the expected net cash inflows from the machine over its useful life are:
Discount rate. PV of cash inflows
    10%. $64,600/-
    15%. $58,200/-
    20%. $52,100/-
What is the internal rate of return of the machine investment?
    1) below 10%
    2) between 10% and 15%
    3) between 15% and 20%
    4) over 20%

Correct answer js between 10-15% (workings are for 10 to 15%)

My question is when i did workings for 15 and 20 % it shows me over 20% why is this answer not correct

In Bpp revision kit question no 10b.20 it says
The following data has been extracted from the payable’s records of X co.
Invoice paid in the month of purchase 25%
Invoice paid in the 1st month after purchase 70%
Invoice paid in the 2nd month after purchase 5%

My question is if questions says payable records that means it is 100% credit payments , not like 25% is cash and rest 75% is credit?
Because answers has been solved as
    25% x 250,000$
    70% x 250,000$
    5% x 250,000$

Refer to the 2nd question in BPP revision kit answer they mentioned it as below

Allowance for idle time(20% of total time =25% of active time) which is 300 hrs

How did they calculate active time as 25% rather than 80%
