Normally post when I fail so this time some good news. Passed in march!! after several attempts. Just have to pick yourself up and get back to it.
For those taking in june or just retaking, focus on substantive procedures, you will pick up easy marks for this.
Only one question in section 2 i just couldnt answer. What was the answer for the section 2, second set of questions (i think), about auditors and how they ensure quality? something like that.
Passed 51%. This was my third attempt. 2nd attempt got 49%. Best advice – never give up

Didn’t pass 49%, want to query this, what’s the procedure??
Same here with 49%. So close.
Has anyone asked for resubmission? Is it worth doing or focus on retake?
I found the March exam ok, compared to the Dec F5 which i thought was very hard (see the cbe Dec paper on acca and see what you think?)
MCQs were better than last time. only a few i had to guess
I had fixed cost line in graph, and maturity for life cycle
TPAR in section 2 was difficult
Never seen a question like the environmental cost before.
Q32 hoping for some easy marks as i wrote 3 pages
good luck!
Hi all
I agree with the above posts, I found the MCQ hard also, they didnt cover alot. In comparison the the Sept 16 paper that I used to practise on, the Dec paper was alot harder.
Did anyone else think that for such a broad range of topics in F5 I thought this exam was very limited in the subjects that the questions asked?
Limbo for the next month
