I have still not got my results by email or portal. What should i do? Please tell me

hi! Sir! on on 17th September my FR exam should have been but exam wasnt set! namely before exam start i installed onvue and send pictures did all requirement then asked to wait 15 min to start exam then i waited more than an hour at the end on screen appeared ” dont worry we will reschedule your exam for free of charge! than i sent the letter to the acca about this issue still im have been waiting their reply! what i have to do could u give me soe advice. and do u guess why this happened with me?
