    Part A was full of suspense. Managed to answer all hopefully will get at least 20 marks from there. Part B managed to answer all apart from 4 meals on substantive procedure I believe 5 or 4 marks on that. A part from it everything was okay. Hopefully will pass the exam.

    Exam was a disaster for me. Missed the bus and rain all to gather I am finished.

    Agreed! I went with 4 batches as well. Life cycle costing was really easy. But which marketing cost you have used? ROI was ok. Variance was a disaster. \i have suggested 3 balanced score card for WSB one for customer service, management division got one and one for maintenance department.
