Last December 2013 sitting, I had similar poor exam hall conditions and reported to ACCA direct. This June 2014, the centre was changed for more better one.
ACCA officials are more reasonable, ethical and pay particular attention to every sittuation and concerns when reported.
Nobody would be panished for that, rather you are helping to improve a bad situation. Therefore, everybody feel free to report when necessary.

By God grace i had 52% after attemting the paper 3 times. Thanks to open tuition for extra support.
