Hi they take long to respond you just need to carry on emailing them or contacting them on CIMA connect online. There is a form you need to fill in before they grant you the exemptions which no body tells you about.
You must send a detailed cv of your experience to be granted exemptions of everything you did or do. Hope this helps.
