I was confused about the 520 at the start.

First question:

The average number of workers is (3200 + 2000)/2 = 2600

3200-2000 =1200 (workers lost)
1720-1200 = 520

or

3200 – 1720 = 1480
2000-1480 = 520

So the labour turnover is 520 / 2600 = 20%

I’m not explaining it well but I understand sorry!
