@amir, I am also waiting SBL….second attempt. I think I`ve made a mistake with SBL… I should write P1 and P3…but at that time I was stupid enough to think that 1 exam is better than 2 :)))))
SBL is veryyy subjective with those 20 professional marks. I attempted webinar where the tutor showed us many answers from mock exams, gave us the marking guide for professional marks and asked us to mark those answers – guess what!!!! The professional marks allocated by us were sooo divided from 0 to 2 and there was “no winner”.
His point was that professional marks for this exam depend from who is marking your script.

Did anyone receive the following email from ACCA on 22/03:

Brexit impact on ACCA members wishing to gain access to regulated roles in EEA states

If yes, are you a finalist or not?

Yes, I received this email /I`m a finalist/ but I think this is a general email send to all students/members….or maybe to those who are situated in UK or EEA states

For December Affiliates there is a message: “….Please note the lists are updated at 17:00 GMT on the day that the results are released….”

We must be patient .. just a few hours left πŸ™‚

I voted for easy! It really was, but I run out of time. This was my first attempt and I don’t think I will pass. Also, English is not my native language so I need more time to write πŸ™
From part B I wrote for Q3 and Q5. Q5 was based on final review with 3 parts

Q1 – first I thought that it’s new client too, but then I realised that probably it’s not. According to the previous exam papers, the examiner always tell us if it is a new client so I didn’t write about opening balances.

@tbm13 – I think I am right – I`m posting a part of Technical Article for going coencern

The auditor will consider the adequacy of the disclosures made in the financial statements by management. If the auditor considers the disclosures to be adequate, then the audit report will be modified by the inclusion of an Emphasis of Matter paragraph. The Emphasis of Matter paragraph will follow immediately after the opinion paragraph and will always cross-reference the reader’s attention to the relevant disclosure in the financial statements, and the opinion will be unmodified.

Add: I am sorry again! I reread my previous post where I wrote “modified opinion”

Zubainrhira I think we have to write about audit procedures about going concern – analytical procedure, review cash flow forecast, review board minutes etc, but I am not sure…..

In Q5 one of the requirements was about audit opinion on the assumption made by the director about going concern.
I write that if the assumption is appropriate-modified opinion with emphasis of matter paragraph after the opinion paragraph.
If the assumption is not appropriate and director refused to make amendments – adverse or disclaimer of opinion, including basis of adverse/disclaimer opinion paragraph before the opinion paragraph.
    Is that correct ?!
