ok Ken I will rephrase then;
into how many sections are the exams divided?and how many points(or % each section/question)?
and Cima Aptitude 2 would be useful for the matter I was asking about section C?(you suggested Kaplan practice kit).
If I am asking questions that in this website I am not meant to be asking let me know please.
Thank you.
Regards.

July 25, 2017 at 9:05 am #398545Brilliant, congratz and thx for ur help!!!
welldone again Madii 😉June 23, 2017 at 10:26 am #393875a good question would be instead:
Does it really matter how high/low your grade is?
I was wondering this the past week I think this scores are a bit pointless since in a recruitment scenario it wouldn t really matter, what it matters is if you are “part” of “fully” qualified, in my opinion.
Moreover as professionals(most CIMA students are professionals) we won’t have the same time to prepare an exam like a Uni student would so, again, the importance of getting a high score it looks to me a bit lesser than just passing the exam. But as I said is my opinion, it would be interesting to hear from recruiters who are always updated with the market requirements.

It’s not important at all. You can always check all reuglations upadtes via internet on your own. Syllabus is always 100% same (just different unit names). That s a good new, on amazon or ebay I found books from 5 £ upwards, just from previous years..but if it s the same it s really worth it!!
June 13, 2017 at 11:23 am #392978Morning Madii and congratz first of all!!

June 12, 2017 at 11:03 am #392830Morning Haseem thanks for your help.
I am not sure on how to contact you.March 23, 2017 at 11:08 am #379044What is the gateway exam?does it exempt you from the first 3 level so you would be left just with the strategic level?
When I first applied I have been offered the Masters Gateway which included 11 exemptions, having left the case study of the Management level and the whole Strategic level.
Eventually when I was about to wire the money they told me I couldn’t have the Masters Gateway with the Masters Degree(in finance) and that they thought I had an MBA instead (I gave em all the paperwork and told em clearly that I had a masters degree not an MBA).
Anyway, what degree/certification have you guys been asked to have this Professional Gateway exam or the Masters Gateway(as they sound the same to me)?
Many thanks.
Have a good day.
[ you find my post up, they will probably promise you the masters gateway then will give you just the certificate exemption, so 4 exams.
what is really frustrating is that all the things covered for the first 3 levels you already studied them at Uni, and this tell you how it’s just about business and not fairness or give you a proper “exemption” which should be a knowledge you acquired and you actually have a paper that declares it – the bachelor or masters degree – ]March 22, 2017 at 12:43 pm #378962What is the gateway exam?does it exempt you from the first 3 level so you would be left just with the strategic level?

March 20, 2017 at 4:10 pm #378790Just a question, I have been offered the Masters Gateway but when it came to the payment they told me that couldn’t have it because I had a masters degree and not an MBA so they gave me just 4 exemptions, the whole certificate level.
These CIMA people look to me a bit of a scam.
How did you guys get the masters getaway?
thank you.

March 20, 2017 at 3:18 pm #378788Is there any way to avoid paying the books?I never bought a book even at Uni I used to photocopy all my books, for bachelor and for the masters..
Regarding the tests instead, are they similar to the actual tests of CIMA?
Cheers
