    In order to find an average, we always add the opening and closing figures and divide them by 2. This is the same thing happening here and the scrap value just represents the closing figure of the investment.

    CLOUT stands for ‘Case law on UNCITRAL texts’
    There were so many illustrations in Kaplan textbook, saying so&so principal was tested in CLOUT case no….
    I judt don’t understand what exactly is CLOUT? what is meanign of tested in this context.

    Sir, isn’t there a concept called revenue expenditure, an expenditure which is not capital but revenue in nature, but we write it off in more than one accounting period, basically it is deferred, we capitalise them and call it fictitious assets?
