Yes we had to choose 4 options however between those two was the trickiest i think

I chose Attend general meeting until the date of their dismissal as auditors have no right to attend Board meetings, only general meetings with shareholders

Regarding the 80k research i wrote that it should be expensed and therefore to qualify audit report’ except for’ since its material but not pervasive
