Did anyone get the current market value of convertible debt question for some $2.50 per share growing at 6% and the redemption value of the shares after conversion was less than the nominal value of the bond? They asked for the current market value so I’m assuming it should be based on the nominal value of the bond at redemption since it’s higher right? Moreover I couldn’t find the figure based on the conversion value amongst the options.
Also there was one question regarding the WACC and cost of debt graph with tax, i took the graph with the straight downward sloping WACC curve, not sure if that was correct though. I must say the MCQ’s kind of sucked.
Also does anyone know the answer for the behavioral finance question regarding the informed investors contributing to the stock marker bubble being true or false and the uninformed investors making irrational decisions?
Regarding the mock exams, yes i have attempted them, twice to be precise, do i need to attempt more mocks? I have attempted the MCQs on this website, my score is quite average. For the previous exam i was short of two marks to pass the exam.
Actually my issue is i take a lot of time when it comes to reading the case study, i need to read it at least twice or thrice if there is a lot of content to understand what exactly is going on and to respond accordingly.
Which is one of the reason i find myself spending more time than necessary on the mcq questions for exams where the case studies are just to detailed.
I faced the same issue, BPP was accessible though. Contacted the support team of Kaplan to get the issue resolved and its accessible now. Just email them with your order number and order confirmation snapshot and they will raise a ticket over it.

I haven’t watched the lectures for accruals and prepayments as of yet due to poor internet connection for the time being, but I will once the issue is fixed.
