Should G/W be a asset and b/f balance should be on debit side, while the lecture putted it on credit side. pls clarrifiy with that too, thanks

when i caculated the ratios ( payable days) which figure should i use ??
currently i caculated the ratios using only trade payables , result show up trend in 3 years .
but if calculated by the consolidated figure which including trade and other payables , it will show down trend and this trend is mention in annual report .
am i correct by using the trade payable separately > ? or could i talk trade payable and other payable separately ?? thanks for you advice

in text citation i put corporation author and pages (AA 2016, P10)
in reference list i will put
AA 2016, AA Annual Report 2016. About us. p.10. Available at: https://www.aa.com/.
am i doing correctly by indicate pages that i used ?
or should i just put in text citation as (AA annual report, 2016) for every single use of annual report and one reference list reference
which one is correct one ??? thanks for your advice

How many business models need i write, feel like SWOT will be enough for my RAP
after my SWOT analysis, just felt that it will be too much passage for business models if i write another PEST analysis.
i have done my SWOT , each of them got 3 bullet point with reference , it takes lot of words of RAP , is that ok that i just write one business models and followed by financial analysis ??

My mentor told me it was quiet well done, i was confused when i saw the markers comments.
There is one part i still confused which is marking criteria NO.7 Information Technology.
i had used graphics and charts in my RAP, table looks like this: (included original data formula and the calculation process + Graphic and chart presentation )Year 2014 2015 2016

Here is the markers comments:
In order to be ale to pass there needs to be evidence of you producing a spreadsheet in your RAP. All you have done is to cut and paste the GSK report financials into your work and haven’t produced them yourself. This needs to be put right if you are to pass the resubmission. Please ensure that you load a spreadsheet for your resubmission that shows how you can manipulate data using formulae and how you constructed your graphs from the figures

obviously, i didn’t just cut and paste, i have included all the calculation procedures in my RAP table like above, the table i used is just a re-design form of my excel spreadsheet, could i get some advice on this part? THANKS !!!there are 7 parts of RAP and 2 parts in SLS , how many fails parts will produce a failure result ? feel like totally not on the track for this RAP , i’d like better to do a exam.
and next thing i will try my best to modify my RAP according to markers comments and hopefully will be a pass grade next time.

Interest cost and share price, also dividend are not directly included in FS , but only appear in footnotes of annual report, when i screen shots my appendices , some of the figure are missed out as they are in different pages of annual report.
As report already summit , just want to ask that will this cause failure of my RAP, if the marker can not find the related figureS in my appendix for above few items ???

just as the title, my microsoft office is the newest version which is word 2016 and powerpoint 2016.
when i click the choose file button on the summition page, it does not recognized the file which created by word 2016 and ppt either .
So what do i need to do to deal with that, i tried to converte to word 97- 2003, it does regonized by the system, but all the new feature which from word 2016 can not be save to the older version which casued some of the chart are out of shape and data, this is horrible , even the system does not updata them self

April 20, 2017 at 9:53 am #382806I have chosen Topic 8 as my rap project, now it come to the point that need to analysis the ratios, i have chose GSK company as my project target.
it come out one question, GSK is a pharmaceutical organization combing pharmaceutical, vaccine and consumer health product, as requirement, all of them is under pharmaceutical topic 8. the financial statement is the consolidated three of the above area.
my questions is, since GSK did not provide detail cost figures separately for 3 diversion, only revenue is individually mentioned, could i use the consolidated financial figures to calculate the ratios?
(my competitor company financial statement is half separate financial statement which including a diagnosis department) separate part are only income and cost of pharmaceutical branch
