I agree. I felt the same with the whole paper. Q1 too much to read, Q3 was hard too asking about ethics and safeguards of being with a company 7 years for 10 marks. The paper was nothing like any of the past papers or questions. My second attempt too and feel like I should continue studying to prepare for a resit in June!
It was finance director you are right.
FD can be the secretary but I think it was an issue in this case as the FD would have had to split his time with a number of different roles and not focus on one role. Also being part of the committees wouldn’t be possible as he would not be independent.
I couldn’t think of what to write here just wrote about the time,cost and quality constraints. Time pressure to finish in 3 years, cost constant due to the funding issues and economic and political issues. Quality issues with trying to complete in 3 years and resource availablity. Definitely didn’t manage to write enough for 12 marks!
Question 2b and 2c I felt were over lapping and didn’t want to say the same things as I would have in part c
