@Claudia123, CONGRATULATIONS GIRL. That’s awesome… I passed too, I remember posting comments after we did the exam :-)…Those who didnt make it, dont be discouraged, practise practise and do as many theory questions. you will be successful.

I got 6% too and opted for lease over buy, I remember John when I saw that question, the first tax timing for the lease option would be at T2 since the tax was payable in arrears, the tax allowable depreciation I did it for 5 years instead of 4… John I thank you so much……….Such a pity that factoring and early settlement discount was worded so confusingly……..
@Claudia, thanks so much for responding. I had the same issue with Macro. There were a lot of theory in this exam I must admit and MCqs are no fun. Either wrong or right. Sigh. We just have to wait but let’s hope for the best.
@ Claudia, do you remember your answer to the current market value of the loan note?
also, the interest charged from using the factor, was it the factors fee and advance was the only cost since they didnt ask for the net benefit or cost? those questions to me were tricky…Hi Sir, even though I have failed by three marks, I must tell you thanks a million, your lectures have really helped me and I am so very grateful….. I worked so hard,right down to the very end and yet it wasn’t enough, it hurts but I will resit it..

I got the same, could you please share what you did different to secure a pass in Sept? I got 49 and dont know where to begin as I have studied and practiced.
Can someone please share his or effort as I dont know what else to do. 49% second attempt!! sigh..
