May 15, 2014 at 8:02 pm #168950Well you may but you will get no exemptions. That means that you will have to write all the three levels of CFA. These are two different qualifications.
March 27, 2014 at 9:11 pm #163403As long as you do not exhaust your ten year limit you can resubmit your RAP any time you are ready and your previous SLS pass mark will still be valid. Once you have passed any element of the RAP you cannot be marked down unless you radically change that element in your next resubmission.
March 26, 2014 at 5:17 pm #163218I just glanced at the sample RAP provided above. The referencing is wrong and the analysis is insufficient. Take care guys
March 22, 2014 at 7:13 pm #162828Thanks Anna for the clarification- even though it’s bad news I nonetheless appreciate it
February 16, 2014 at 3:04 pm #158985Me too. In fact after trying to log in today I was locked out of my account. Shame on ACCA.
February 11, 2014 at 7:20 pm #158230I think ACCA should limit the number of attempts per paper say to a maximum of three. Allowing unlimited resists lowers the overal quality of the qualification. Like someone pointed out, anyone can pass any paper if they keep on attempting it over and over again.
February 7, 2014 at 4:38 am #155649@loveo if you can see the link to the online transfer letter then congrats- you are now a affiliate. This letter confirms that your membership status has been transferred from that of a student to that of an affiliate. Anyone else seeing this link
February 6, 2014 at 12:19 pm #155493Can some one post the link on this forum please
February 4, 2014 at 6:53 pm #155114A buddy of mine who is an affiliate reset his password and he got his response from noreply@accaglobal.com
I guess a response from this email address means nothing as both finalists and non-finalists as well as affiliates are getting responses from noreply@accaglobal.com. ACCA has apparently blocked all loopholes.February 3, 2014 at 3:16 pm #154906My take is that recent grad means recent graduate. Hopefully this means you have passed all of your final papers
February 3, 2014 at 4:38 am #154812Has any finalist tried to enter for exams. If so what happens? Do you see your previous docket?
January 31, 2014 at 7:11 pm #154731Guys be warned. Here is an email that ACCA sent out after the exam results leaked out in August 2013.
“Re : ACCA June 2013 Examination Results
On 3 August 2013, ACCA was alerted to an isolated incident involving the publication of an unauthorised link where provisional results for the June 2013 exam session could be viewed in advance of the official publication date of 8 August 2013.
We believe you attempted to access your results using this link, despite the fact that this was prior to the published results release date. Whilst we appreciate your desire to find out your results at the earliest opportunity, this activity, from an unauthorised source, placed significant risk on the release of results to all ACCA students.
ACCA requests that, in future, you refrain from such activity. For the security of our students and to protect the integrity of the exam process, any unauthorised attempt to access student information is being monitored by ACCA.
If you become aware of such activity then we request that you notify us immediately by email: students@accaglobal.com or telephone +44 (0)141 582 2000.
Yours sincerely
director – service delivery”November 1, 2013 at 8:00 pm #144329You must reference everything that you do not claim authorship. If you fail to reference adequately you will definitely fail.
October 27, 2013 at 12:28 pm #143832Hi. You definitely need to have a look at F7 past papers so as to get a feel of what to expect in the exam. I would strongly advise you to also read all the technical articles of paper F7 as the examiner frequently examines issues discussed in them. You may find the past papers from following this link https://www.accaglobal.com/en/student/acca-qual-student-journey/qual-resource/acca-qualification/f7/past-exam-papers/international.html
October 10, 2013 at 8:01 am #142475Kaplan is concise whereas BPP beats around the bush quite a lot. As mentioned in the post above, with BPP you cannot easily separate the vital from the trivial.
September 24, 2013 at 9:17 pm #141227I managed to get a pass after my second attempt. I am so glad! Thanks be to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I wish all of us success. Thanks opentuition.
September 24, 2013 at 5:23 pm #141186@kitcat thanks so much for the clarification- I am so happy to say that I too have passed. Like you I cannot download the results letter or award confirmation. I just have to wait till mid-night UK time. Good luck to all.
September 24, 2013 at 4:46 pm #141181Can anyone still see the results tab? I just have supporting documents and my profile tab.
September 24, 2013 at 4:25 pm #141175I can no longer see the grade/results tab on my OBU dashboard. Anyone else?
September 24, 2013 at 8:21 am #141124Lord am so worried. This is my second attempt. Am afraid I may not make it

I sat P2 + P4 (mandatory) and P6 (options) in June
If I am to believe the page – if I try to enter for exams the only 3 boxes I can check are P5, P6, P7…
If I try to pick 2, it tells me I have already completed 1 option…
So I believe this tells me P2 + P4 are passed and P6 was failed…
I hope this helps anyone else looking for answers…Hey but correct me if I am wrong- P4,P5,P6 and P7 are all options. So this means you have passed P2 and either P4 or P6. Good luck to all

After submitted my membership application, i got a reply from the trainee conversion administrator saying that i only need to submit my PER with my mentor’s review and sign off. Only then they will arrange for my eligibility for membership to be reviewed. Does this mean that i’ve cleared my paper? I am a finalist, got no rows on my exam entry, receive email from member@accaglobal.com and lastly able to log in to affiliate page to apply for membership. Are you able to log into the affiliate page right now
August 6, 2013 at 9:41 am #135116I am a finalist. During the weekend I was able to log into the affiliate page, see the apply for membership button, see the learning opportunities links, see the LEARNING PARTNERSHIPS AND GLOBAL ACCOUNTANCY PARTNERSHIPS link as well as the CPD link. In addition to this when I click on exam entry, my June exam docket does not pop up, instead I get the following “no rows found”. In February i personally failed to pass two papers and I did not experience anything like this. Whenever I cliked on exam entry, my December exam docket kept on appearing until the last day and I was not able to log into the affiliate page at all.
Even though I cannot get into the affiliate page any more, I get the following if i follow this procedure
1.0 Log into myACCA as usual.
2.0 While still logged into my ACCA click on this link https://portal.accaglobal.com/portal/page/portal/ACCA_PORTAL_PAGES/ACCA_AFFILIATES
3.0 Ignore the error and Click on “contact us”.
4.0 Click on “Update your contact and employment details”
Once if follow this procedure I get the following message: “Any changes made by a member, affiliate or firm to their record will not be taken as notification to ACCA of any matters which would render a member, affiliate or firm liable to disciplinary action…….” - AuthorPosts
