Thank you so much sir. I feel I’m ready (I hope) .
Please sir, I know we are not to add depreciation to NPV, however some questions ask for depreciation of plant &machiney on a reduce basic(taxable profit ) We subtract the depreciation from profit then tax it
However some ask depreciate plant & machinery on. Straight line method and the solution is subtracting depreciation first and adding it back.

Please how do I know which to use.

Hmm I need help really lost. I have watched the currency futures and I think I understand it.
However while solving Polytot I still don’t get why they calculated amount to be hedge on forward market (43contract x 62500sizex1.5374)- 4124236=1883
Then they found a new rate and got 1.5337, which was used to divide 1883.

Do we do this in every currency future or did they say something in the passage.. help

Just finished watching the video on FRA and am trying No 56,AWAN Co (bpp kit). Please am I right in this

1) If we are receiving money from the bank, we want interest rate to increase, so (a) if fra increase than the agreed rate, we pay the bank the differences (b)if fra decrease the bank pays us the differences

2)if we borrowing, we want interests rate to decrease so (a)if fra increase the bank will pay us the differences (b) if fra decrease we pay the bank
