Can anyone remember what question 2 (theory) was and it’s mark allocation?

IT company investing in new application development,

-sources if finance (listing or debt, not sufficient own funds)
    -current risks and controls
-behavioural aspects and impact on the company (share price after the listing)

    Only this I remember…

I would resit p4 in June while your knowledge is still fresh.. Looking at past pass rates for p4, I thought March exam would be difficult after a fair December one, and it was.. So, I would expect an easier one in June. Maybe I am wrong, but I believe in this pattern)

Personally I am sure I will have to resit in June, part B was OK, but I failed the Question 1 – was expecting investment appraisal or M&A not this restructuring mess.

Hi @Raja, I dedicated around 2-3 hours a day to read the complete text; the book is lengthy but a significant part of it is dedicated to familiar concepts covered before in f5 and p3, it tries to give those topics a “performance management” approach now… Also many Test Your Understanding questions in Kaplan were ~previous years exam questions modified, so it saved me time when working with the Exam Kit.

Hi, I used the Kaplan materials – the complete text and the exam kit (it was a self study).
I started with the complete text at July-end, it took me ~2 weeks to finish the book and I practised the questions afterwards. When I realized that I forgot the theory on some area, I revised that part of the syllabus again..

I wish all the students here good luck with exam results)

I agree with all of you, I studied the complete text, I think I was well prepared, but I didn’t recognize half of MCQs at all… This is not fair, or did I study with the wrong books??) The complete text needs to be revised for the summer session.
