I did not swear – S T F U = silly theories found unworthy
Thanks
April 13, 2018 at 4:42 pm #446570Yes don’t listen to them – just relax enjoy the weekend and you’ll only know when the results are out – and only then you can have an action plan to either celebrate your acca or start with a new plan of attack – just never give up
April 13, 2018 at 4:21 pm #446563With all due respect you all need to *SWEARING REMOVED* and I’m not joking – you nearly gave me a freaking heart attack with all those theories of yours in January because none of mine were working – my results even came a few hours late – so please once more *SWEARING REMOVED* – you shouldn’t be doing this to people – you’re all meant to be professional accountants with professional judgement and ethics and confidentiality – is this the kind of advice you give to your clients? The link theory this and if you right click on the balance sheet and see an s it means there’s fraud but if you see m it means congratulations all is well and we don’t need to perform an audit – seriously grow up – I don’t understand how opentuition don’t automatically remove you from this forum. You’re doing harm to everyone by giving everyone panick attacks – you don’t know if you passed or failed and you won’t know if you passed or failed until the actual results are out. But I know that I passed and that I’m an affiliate because I waited for my results in January – if I was working for acca I would have definitely sent you all warnings because I wouldn’t want people like you as members – go waste other people’s time on YouTube and start your Disney conspiracy theories or what not – it would be aimed at the right type of people. Seriously stop

All the links don’t work for me either I’m even considering to switch another paper.April 12, 2018 at 4:10 pm #446402February 7, 2018 at 9:55 am #435631I only used BPP questions and passed first time.
One point though, do every single lecture example on OT for part B. I can’t recommend it enough – I definitely think that’s how I passed.

January 15, 2018 at 4:10 pm #430119I passed first time and was also convinced that I failed.
I used the BPP question bank which I thought was excellent. I did every single consolidated question and 2 questions on each standard.
What I think really really helped with the standards was opentuition. My commute to work is around 1 hour each way, so instead of listening to music I would stream the IAS/IFRS standards lectures just to soak up as much information as possible – did this for around 2 months straight.
I would also recommend that you do all the lecture examples on the OT notes for the standards. They are exam standard and really really helped. I can’t recommend them enough. I went through all of them around 3 times and spent the last day doing every single lecture question.
One other thing to not confuse your self with the consolidated questions/ techniques. If you’re using BPP learn the BPP technique, or if your’re using OT learn the OT technique or Kaplan etc. and don’t cross different provider Q & A’s because you could end up confusing your self.
