Guidance on how to answer Q2 can be refer from P3 latest article at ACCA website. After reading the examiner report about December sitting where the examiner clearly said that student are not paying attention on their technical articles thus failed to answer those questions. So i was taking that as a hint that reading the articles are very crucial for March sitting too.
