I hope so. I don’t think I’ve done amazing. But really hope I’ve done enough to pass and but my acca student journey behind me.
Weird to think I could be qualifying in an hour. Mixture of excitement and nerves.

I did SBL. AFM. ATX and finally SBR which I am waiting for now.

I hated AFM by the time I finished it. And I didn’t enjoy SBL. I found the paper too subjective. I really enjoyed tax and somewhat have enjoyed SBR

I don’t intend to travel internationally. But it’s nice to have the option as honestly I’m making it up as I’m going along career wise

If I can ask something, why do people in Uk take ACCA rather than ICAEW ? is ICAEW harder than ACCA?

I was advised to do ACCA instead of ACA as ACCA is international, recognised world wide.

I found ATX “easy” compared to AFM. I enjoyed and done well at FM. But AFM. 3 attempts it took me. The examiner is an a****. It didn’t matter how much work I put in. Or how well I thought I knew it, when I finally sat the exam it was twisted into a way I’d never seen before. Finally scrapped through with 52% on my 3rd attempt.
ATX I was 63% first time

I found PM Easy…. but I did study AAT previously which certainly helped. I can’t comment on APM

I know that our clocks going back an hour confused an awful lot of people for the previous results. Due to the timings. It only affects the dec results

They have now reverted to British summer time and are therefore an hour ahead of what they were for the previous results

I sat my SBR exam in the excel in London, my first time there, as ACCA had closed a load of exam centers. Hard to believe within 2 weeks it was being turned into the nightingale hospital

Yes, no good for us waiting for results but I guess they will he used by students sitting further exams.

I’ve been playing old pc games constantly and it seems to be working making the day go quicker and taking my mind off it. Getting that jolt in my stomach everytime I think about it and as others have said. I always doubt more by the time the results are coming out.

I agree this forum and the chat is a way to pass the time in the few days before the results which is always the hardest

Some speculate more than others mainly due to nerves and apprehension. Each to their own

I like to believe every single person in this forum has worked very hard for the results they are anxiously waiting for and no amount of speculation is going to change those results

Ahh That’s a shame. As if I’ve passed I won’t be interested in seeing the report after my results.

I haven’t been able to log into my ebusiness for a while. It tells me my passcode is wrong. I’ve tried requesting a new now but the email doesn’t come through. I’ve sort of given up on it for the time being

For someone like myself the delay would be annoying. But I study from home. So would have extra time

If you’re someone that needs to go to college or a class to study…. you won’t be able to do that at the moment either, so I doubt they will have that much more time overall

Final results. Please please please be good ones. ( I really don’t want to have to wait until September !!!)

I’m a finalist too. Waiting on SBR. I really hope I’ve done enough but will have lost silly marks, by missing out silly things ( exam pressure) so just hoping it doesn’t swing the balance.

I was excited about the prospect of being out with friends and “hopefully” celebrating when the results came out, rather than the usual sitting home alone stressing. I thought it would be such a nice way to receive my final results. Alas. I would guess now I’ll be home alone when the time comes

I always start doubting myself more the closer we get to results day and I’m feeling the pressure more now, as of course we can’t resit in June. So means I wouldn’t be able to qualify until Atleast October!! So let’s hope I’ve done it and finished my acca student journey!

Good luck to everyone waiting for results!

I sat the Dec exam also. I put all my effort into the ATX exam which I was also sitting and thankfully passed, but I was trying my luck a bit sitting this one also. I managed to get 40%
I say managed. Because now having a far more detailed knowledge of the standards, I honestly don’t know how I managed to get 40!
I don’t think I scored more than 10 marks across questions 3&4 and I think the ethics question carried me a long way to that mark
So after sitting the March exam and feeling that for the majority Of questions I understood and answered well. I’m just really hoping I have done enough and passed ( I feel like if I’ve failed it it. I will be a bit shocked and actually a little unsure as to how I went so wrong) , but being my final exam I am also a little afraid of getting my hopes up too high
It’s going to be a long 5 weeks till the results!
