Second sitting went from 41% to 35% .These exams are breaking my heart 🙁

This was my first time sitting a CBE exam and it was a disaster..so different to the written exam and my computer froze during the exam and I had to me moved into another room..did not help at all and wish they had kept the written exam.MCQ’s I thought were a bit hard especially where you had to choose more than one answer..:-(
