I just tried to upload my appendix and i get this message ” You MUST specify a reference for this appendix”. Does anyone know what this implies?

Hi, i am unable to view videos from galaxy 10. P2 lecture video on simple groups introduction part a can play but the others begining from part b gives me an message that the page has been moved. Pls what do i do. I have flash player installed.
