July 13, 2020 at 3:23 pm #576713Anyone doing the SFP at July???? It looks like I am doing it XD
July 9, 2020 at 2:38 pm #576426Shouldn’t you try to do this on your own rather than cheating? *cough*
July 7, 2020 at 10:30 am #576226This depends on do you want to apply ACCA practice certificate or AAT licence. If you want to apply ACCA practice certificate, you need to be fully qualified as ACCA, then have post 3 years management experience and pass the checks.
If you want to apply AAT licence, you can do the same above too, you need to be fully AAT qualified, MAAT, and other bits.

July 3, 2020 at 10:47 am #575814Em speak to ACCA directly again if I was you? Asking at here won’t have much of help in time I believe…
Or simply change a new computer and do it?
July 3, 2020 at 9:32 am #575798Sage 50, 100 and 200 are completely different board games. They are completely different layout, work mechanism, system and paths. Sage 50 certification might help, but you better have some industrial experience on Sage 50, as this is vast majority of companies use, and it has capacity to up to turnover Β£30m. Sage 100 and 200 are for big companies where their turnover are Β£60m+ or Β£100m+. You will be most unlikely to touch of them unless you work for them or you work in a big auditors.
July 2, 2020 at 4:08 pm #575750Look at your PER, look at the descriptions of each criteria and write down what you do and relates to them. This will be sent to your supervisor and they will review your descriptions, see if your work has fulfilled those criteria, and tick the boxes for approval.
June 25, 2020 at 10:02 am #574656If you are lucky enough to have exempt from all the F papers, have you had any experiences in consolidations and accounting treatments? Talking from actual experience not book experience.
June 16, 2020 at 1:40 pm #573981I just had a look for you on the modular order. They STRONGLY suggest you to complete 2 and 3 before going to 4.
June 16, 2020 at 1:34 pm #573980Well when I did mine (ages ages ages ages ago) it was already an all MCQ tests, the easiest one (and the only computer based test) I have done!
June 16, 2020 at 10:00 am #573960Short Answer: YAS.

Hi Everyone. Is anyone able to assist me with the following questions that I have with regards to the Msc. I did try to contact the University but I am still waiting for their response and the registration deadline is in a few days timesMy questions are as follows
1) Is the module in Global Finance Issues module done at the same time as the Strategic Financial Project
2) Does full payment have to be made at the time of registration
3) Can this qualification be completed within 6 months whilst being employed in a full time role
4) Are there module guides so that I can understand what is required of me for each module to assess how to plan my study time
5) How do tutors provide support considering students are located internationally within different time zones
6) Are exam dates fixed or flexible and can a student opt when they would like to sit for their next exam
7) For the Pathway 2 option – are exams written for both modules or how are these modules assessed
8) Please advise what induction courses will be done from 15 June to 22 June and how long these will take to complete? Thanks and looking forward to your responses
Have you done all the ACCA papers?
Have you been on one of their webinars on last week or at May? All your questions were answered there.
No exams is the answer— only assignments and coursework.May 29, 2020 at 9:57 am #572183Em just redo it? It is very self explanatory there… I don’t think people can fail it unless they didn’t bother to read the module slides.
May 28, 2020 at 9:56 am #572028ME ME MEEEEEE
May 22, 2020 at 12:12 pm #571559Have you registered in ACCA? At your login should have OBU Scheme opt-in or out.
May 21, 2020 at 10:20 am #571390Derby is it? Never heard of that one.
Would OBU is an option for you? All you need to pay is the mentor and do the thesis of 7.5k words… and open to ACCA students when you completed 4-9. (Assuming this is you right?)
May 20, 2020 at 11:39 am #571315It is possible that the manager is qualified by experience. He/she may not qualified by papers but he/she has vast experience in it, which is also permittable to do the manager job, or employed as a manager.
So.β¦ why is this wrong? He/she is not signing the audit report or accountants report, he/she just doing the job of preparing accounts and dealing queries.
There’s no problem with it except he/she can’t sign off our PER XD
May 20, 2020 at 11:02 am #571313Can I add some points to that as well?
If you are not FCCA, by joining ICAEW will only gives you exemption on some exams. You will still have to sit 3 more if I remember it right, have a trainee contract and also 2 more years additional training experience.
But if you are FCCA (>5 years on full membership), you can join it through the pathway programme given you have filled the form correctly with demonstration of experience.

the prices rise 5% each year. Are you doing both modules as well? πYeah I am doing one at July one at January π
I know that if I do them both at the same time with work and audit falling in, specially at January madness, my brain would be exploded XD
May 15, 2020 at 10:54 am #570933I submitted my application at 19th March and accepted, and had my membership certificate delivered to me at Monday just gone π
May 15, 2020 at 10:43 am #570932Good to know that there are people doing together!!! This year’s is gone to 3400 for 2 modules π
