@Sokatoa I recall your name from previous thread in Sept 17 count down, i don’t think you remember what I mentioned but i will say it again.

ACCA is a global entity and will not have such flaws to allow you or give you a hint abt your outcome of results prior to release date, it was my stance then and it is now out of curiosity all the e-business and link theory never worked for me in Sept 17 sitting as a finalist and still passed and some who accessed ebusiness member blah blah didnt pass.

Just be patient guys i know waiting for results is tough the anxiety and all but will be worth it at the end of the day there is no shortcut to 12am UK time sms from ACCA

But i told you that acca number has nothing to do with your theory i have someone who’s not a finalist and it says ACCA number and new student doing F4.

I am just giving you ideas of what to do than speculating on results which are not even official through flawed theories, this is not sharing of ideas. ACCA clearly states that official results will be out at 12 midnight or via your myacca portal at 5am. Why not just wait you will end up doing things that will put your affiliate status at risk

ACCA number has nothing to do with your theories mate sorry, it shows acca number even to people who are not finalists. Relax mate its only 7 days watch TV series or do some studies for a week on prospective programs u intend on doing after ACCA or read some business journals or go on IFAC website there is more to read, please!!!!!. In essence relax relax relax

Here’s someone who got error with that link and still went on to pass https://opentuition.com/members/hufckinger/forums/replies/ I do think this link theory is hogwash as a Global Institute do you really think ACCA will have such shortcomings maybe it could have been a weakness the first time that happened probably years back and do you think ACCA does not know that student might use such to insinuate on their results. I had to write one statement per element so into total 4 x3 on technical plus 5 on the Professional

Remember on the depreciation there was a change in accounting estimate in terms of IAS 8, the entity restated its opening balances retrospectively instead of prospectively as if it was a change in accounting policy. Provision for Decommissioning remember the client had a correct application of the provision however there are matters they have to take into account i.e. was the future cost of decommissioning Present Valued using a risk adjusted discount factor and element of unwinding annual being Dr P/L and Cr: Liability. Furthermore was the decommissioning costs added to the cost of the asset and was the decommissioning component depreciated annually over the useful economic life of the asset

I did split the Assets into 2 PPE and IP and only depreciated PPE
