In the same example 2, after deducting Taper relief, why is it that lifetime tax paid of 3000 has not been deducted?

hi i would like to know why the new video lectures of the later chapters of F6 has stil not been uploaded. so for these missing chapters would the old videos from last year would be applicable to june 2013 exams? thanks
