Hi..i last did p4 in June15 with BPP and i am planning to sit or March 17. Can i still use same books/course notes? Or too much has changed since then?

I have looked at the article about changes in course for last 2 years and did not think there is much added but just want to be sure so i dont fail even after putting in the required efforts.
