Hi everyone. Did anyone get NPV of 553,615? We had to deduct 1m from FC and also ignore development costs right? Additionally, my answers were as follow for loan notes. Interest cover – 5.2. EPS – 0.2016 and gearing 36.8%. For rights issue, Interest cover – 9.75, EPS – 0.168 and gearing 21.05%

I chose extranet for this. Intranet is supposed to be for employees only right? What did you choose? I think there was something about a group of scientists as well

For the one in labour cost, there was no depreciation right? Because NBV was 15m and disposal was 15m? What did you get for second proposal

I don’t think so that you’ll lose all marks. How did you do for the ROI/RI? What answers you got? Btw I think for the variation, it should be random variation right?

To answer all your questions, I chose all 3 directors. I also put that volunteer were internal stakeholders. For the MTQ, I chose random variation. How about you? Feel free to ask more, I would like to tally more of my answers
