December 10, 2020 at 5:52 pm #599166Very strange questions! Not at all like the past exams I had practiced!
Defined benefit pension, lots of forex, government grant and intangible asset, what was that all about!
Not too feeling too confident but we’ll see come January!September 10, 2020 at 10:33 pm #584905Not too bad, nothing on leases, tax or contract assets!
Section C was consolidated P&L and a ratio and analysis for a drinks company!
Hopefully done enough to pass!September 7, 2020 at 6:44 pm #583893Yeah I went and had a banana about 11.30 haha
Luckily I didn’t have any commitments in the afternoon, that would have been so annoying to have to drop out!September 7, 2020 at 5:59 pm #583885Yes, we did in Southampton, we were in the exam room from about 8.30 and didn’t leave until 2.45!
September 7, 2020 at 5:46 pm #583880I had the same MCQ’s, I also put familiarity and then 2 x self-interest!
Thought the MCQ’s were quite hard a few strange Section B questions too, hoping I did enough for a pass!
Wasn’t helped by the exam being started 2 and a half hours late!March 6, 2020 at 6:33 pm #564667Same for me! Literally no marks on any of these topics!
March 6, 2020 at 5:11 pm #564638No, I had the same question and was completely thrown because hadn’t seen it in any past paper questions! What did you do?
March 6, 2020 at 4:06 pm #564624Section A and B were awful! Section C NPV question and SOFP question! No cost of debt or equity questions and no WACC, lots of theory questions…not good
