I m also not good and one of my friends was worst and the thing which I learned from him is to revise again and again and u will learn urself. ( Kind of memorizing)

Try to watch any video with subtitles like the movie then note down the points while you are reading on some notepad and later get its meaning and read it again and again like daily…

As per my knowledge Adverse is when u have significant material misstatement relating to financial info. However Disclaimer is all limitation of scope of auditor by client.. For example his independence may be is getting compromised.
