I had the paper on corporate governance. Ran out of time for that. What did ye say for that question? It was an ok paper. Felt like I didn’t write enough thinking back

I sat SBL in June. It was a tough paper.
That red 1 under “my qualification” has never happened me before until now.

I felt I didn’t use many models apart from the mendlow matrix.

ACCA recommend not using any models.

How long were yer answers?

I had the morning exam about the commercial subsidiary and leadership styles.

What did ye say for each answer?

Must of the sub tasks were 8 marks so 4 headings and 2 sentences under to get marks is it?

Hi All,

I recently set and failed SBL. I failed by a lot more than I had expected. I plan on re sitting in June.

I have noticed that not many people have posted that they have passed which is concerning.

SBL examiners like it short and concise. However as per their solutions they are not short and concise which is quite contradictory.

These seems like a ‘common sense’ exam yet so many fail. Any tips on how to pass?
