ACCA affiliate now 🙂
P5 – 54%, second attempt.
My answers covered only 70% of question’s requirements and I was sure I would fail achieving less than 40%.January 18, 2016 at 7:41 am #295556@ds3ce said:
I don’t believe that someone only studies 2weeks for a professional level ACCA exam and gets a first time pass.Remember that there is a wide variety of work experience among students. If good experience is backed by apropriate University degree (and possible other degrees) it’s certainly possible to pass professional exam after short preparations.

January 18, 2016 at 1:08 am #295266Hahaha – I can’t believe it!
I have attempted 3 exams: P3, P4, P5.
Had completely no time to study for P3 – started studying for P3 after my P5 exam. One evening in front of P3 book and got 60%!!!
I studied hard for P4 – 54%.
I also spent a lot of time preparing for P5 and got 48% – I think i will pass it easily in March and become affiliate 🙂January 17, 2016 at 8:29 pm #295019@petus1 said:
that hidden membership type- login to acca
go to e business site
go to change password
right click and view page source..scroll down and on
hidden membership type – mine one shows s and that means student and that means i failed. But what in case if you did not complete either performance objectives or professional ethics module? You dont become affiliate even if you pass final exams… Do you?
January 17, 2016 at 12:12 pm #294882I can access pratice tests.
I have attempted 3 final exams last session but I managed to prepare for 2 exams only. I’m sure I will fail P3 exam as I started preparation one evening before the exam :).
I still hope to pass 2 exams and get around 45 points from P3 as my strategic knowledge is pretty solid but I have some knowledge gaps – I still don’t know some less common strategic models (December P3 exam tested 2 models I wasn’t familiar with).12 hours to go… Good luck!

The last info about the results release states that the results will be spread by e-mail (for those who opted for this) on the 13-th of January by noon. But if I am not mistaken – the initial info was that the results will be spread by e-mail on the 12-th of January. Am I right?I think you may refer to the following info:
https://www.accaglobal.com/zw/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/exam-results.htmlPreviously there was stated:
‘Students will need to opt in to receive results by email and text message by 12 noon (UK time) on Tuesday 12 January 2016.’As far as I understand you need to opt in by 13th of January (previously 12th of January) but results will be available next week.
I have also initially had same doubts when reading it.
January 7, 2016 at 3:03 pm #293698I’m waiting for P3, P4 and P5 results.
I’m confused because there are so many possible scenarios:
– disaster scenario – all exams failed,
– plan minimum – 1 pass (not sure if I’m happy with that scenario),
– big relief scenario – 2 exams passed and just 1 to go would make me feel comfortable that I can pass last exam in March,
– maximax scenario – would go crazy, but I think there is low probability of maximax scenario as I have not studied for P3 exam and exam questions required some uncommon models to apply which I was not familiar with. - AuthorPosts
