Hi, I did the same registered in 2008 but took first exam Dec 2012. I can only afford (financially and timewise) to sit one paper at each sitting. I am worried that by the time I pass all the fundamental exams and start the P papers I will have ran out of time to complete ACCA. This is really worrying me now because it will be a great dissappointment to have only 3-5 papers left and not be able to continue. Is there any point in carrying on, I have a total of 10 exams to sit still and although for many it’s doable to pass all first time round I very much doubt I will be able to….
Is it better to press ahead and complete up to the fundamental stage at least that will be better than nothing? I have no intention of becoming a FC or above….I just want to be really good up to that level.
I know generally it takes 3-4 years to complete but realistically that’s not going to happen for me.Any advise appreciated.
Thanks. - AuthorPosts
