Absolutely mortified to have failed at 27% on my 2nd attempt. I have never done worse. This time I thought 40/50 after messing up on time management on my 1st attempt. Really am shcoked and would love to know where I went wrong. In my first attempt in September, I got 38 % having only completed 70% of the exam.

Q1. I explained the benefits and issues with a two tier board. Mentioned the partners skills where one partner was a transactional leader and one a transformational leader.

Q2. Sale of a Sub. Questioned the reliability of the revenue and the issue of loosing current clients. Remarked at the ability to obtain new clients.
    Ran out of time 🙁

    Q3 and Q4 were good.
Explained ethical issues and made suggestions for improvements such as whistle blowing policies. For internal controls I used Coso as a framework.

Q5. Ran out of time and only got slides done. Used the cultural Web for slide 5.

I really need better time management and I don’t feel I referenced back to case study enough and was too general. It’s my 2nd attempt, really hoping I get it.
