    Is contract of warranty and guarantee the same?. If not, how are they different.

    And Sir for 4 mark MCQs in section B, is it that we lose all 4 marks even if one part of the four mark answer is wrong while others are correct.
    For instance, a 4 mark true or false question has four parts requiring the statements to be termed as true or false.
    In case if we get 2 correct and 2 wrong, will we get two marks or lose all?.

    But Sir for study notes we have learnt that the minimum no: of members in plc is 1 and directors is 2.
    Considering this B) should be the answer right?.

    Yes Sir I attempted the question myself first but got stuck half way because I got confused in calculating IRR for redeemable debt without being given which discount rate to use and also I assumed that we will subtract tax while calculating cost of preference shares as we did for debt cost calculation.

    So Sir, does it mean that 1.4379 and 1.4451 both are correct? Just asking because the question wants the answer to 4 decimal places but I am getting the last three places different!
