Q1 allocation marks:
1.18 marks
2i. 9 marks-about benefits;
2ii. 6 marks – PID;
2iii. 5 marks – cost/benefits analysis;
2iv. 8 marks – management accountant;
Plus 4 proffesional marks.

What did you write about NPV and payback question?

I only calculate the NPV – nevermind that I put 250 of P0 as a pisitive cash flow due to hurrying up and not looking. I calculated in the payback but not put any comments about discount factor and pros and cons of the methods.

Hallo all 🙂 I would like to ask you some things. First, maybe I misunderstood, but I wrote that one of tne omissions is the missing of initial investment. I saw only costs in P0 which are supplamebtary to initial cost but didn’n see the cost of the process. Am I right?

The next question is what did you write about 3Vs of big data. I gave only definitions of the 3Vs.

About Q4 except the calculations of all the savings I wrote about faster process, higher customer satisfaction due to lowering waiting time, lowering the levels of departments to three, minimization of manual work with IS systems. Due to time management problems I was short of time I write everything what comes to my mind. I did Q3 at last. Actually, I wrote about time that it is not in a hurry so incremental because the Webfilms is prifitable but lost first mover advantage. About power I wrote that the firm is professional burocracy and the creators have the real power. What do you think? Am my thoughts right?

About Q4 except financial savings I wrote about higher customer satisfection due to less waiting time, manual work replaced but IS, lowering departments leading to minimazing of gaps and disconnection, higher cooperation and less hands-off
