    what are the remedies of breach of contract?

    i just wrote Damages (Liquidated & Illequidated – Measurement and Remoteness)

    Overall paper was ok. Hope to score 65 marks Insha ALLAH

    VAT output was just little above to 10,000, perhaps 10098 or like this.

    paper was OK completed in 2.5 hours. but did a mistake in Q5 losses in extended carry back option. Have to be adjusted against only Trading Income/Profit and I also read the same in examiner Article but forgot during the exam about this. overall paper was good and attempted very well. Q4 was tricky but attempt-able.

    paper was good !!! It was OK but very lengthly ……. did not remember pre-emption 🙁 and loosed 4 marks for this one, and scenario based Q10 about general partnership was incomplete….

    overall paper was good & attempted well
