This is my last exam and I am so disappointed that I failed. I am so tired of these exams. I always get depressed and feel so dumb

Like some of the comments given, I did not use a model for question 1(a). I just used the scenario and answered the question. I had half an hour to read and answer question 4 and I did not finish the exam. The paper was just too much reading.
