    @anjaliekm
    I strongly advise you to read the Retake guide on acca website. It says if you scored between 45 and 49, that it is because you had a poor exam technique. So if you feel like that you probably should work on your technical skills. I used ATC books, open tuition videos, technical articles, examiner’s reports and guide on retake.

    Hey, guys! Passed with 56% at the second attempt. Thank God!) The first attempt I scored 49.

    1. Believe in yourself, forget what happened and start fresh. Never give up. I know how it feels when you see 49, you analyse what you could have written thinking this or that idea probably could have helped to earn that 1 point. Dont do that, dont spend your time on this, it wont change anything, you’ll only lose your energy. Seriously.
    I failed a lot of times and what I think is if you fail, someone wants you to go through this again, and during this new journey you will learn something new you have missed in your previous attempts.

    I have a colleague who scored 48% and immediately started his preps to the June session. So, don’t waste your time.

    2. As less disruption as possible. When you read/study/practice/do your mock and etc turn off your phone. Nobody dies if you’ll be offline for a couple of hours. Only silence, you and books. Trust me, you’ll feel how addicted you are to checking your whatsapps (or whatever) every 3 mins. But, c’mon, turn it off for the studying time. It’s for your benefit, isnt it?

    3. A week before the exam (or so) I opened the detailed sillabus and just looked through it, making sure I know and remember as much as possible. If not satisfied with what I know/remember about smth in particular, read through the chapter again and refresh basic points.

    4. Practice, practice, practice, practice and again, practice 🙂

    5. Oh, practice. Did I mentioned that? 🙂

    6. Pray 🙂

    Best of luck to all of you!
