I’ve missed that information. Thanks for pointing it out.

Yes, I’ve watched video on this topic.

Yes, I’ve watched videos for respective topic before starting to do test section.

Sorry, I’ve assumed that you have access to the kit.

During my preparation to the exam, I usually have a lot of questions in order to clearly understand the topic, but if it’s a problem to ask them, then I’ll stop. Thanks.

I understand that only material costs are considered as variable, but in question they’ve asked to find profit, as I understood, that’s why I wanted to clarify this point.

I have one more question regarding above mentioned test.
In order to find capacity of the bottleneck activity for Treatment A and Treatment B, they divide 6,000 by 1,25 and 2,4 accordingly. My question is: if they in task’s condition mentioned that “Both procedures are carried out by one of three dentists”, why we divide 6,000 by 1,25?
As I understood 6,000 shows capacity for 3 dentists, not for 1. But 1,25 illustrates the average length of time spent with each member of staff.

Kindly asking you to clarify above mentioned point as well.

1). How could I differentiate when this kind information is needed to be used or not (I mean information regarding 360,000$ labour costs). Because when I tried to find total cost for calculation of absorption costing, I’ve summarized 360,000$+156,000$?

2). the rest of explanation is clear to me. thank you
