@jennifer what are u asking about? checklist is just to check that u have folloowed instrustions and completed required documents. if u did then u are ready to submitt ur rap.
my dear in education nothing is essential. if u will include bibliography then ur chances of pass will increase. its better to include bibliography it will not take ur much time.
references is better to submitt in pdf. u can convert word to pdf online. easilyyes my dear,

if u got F in information gathering then its mean ur refrences are wrong. u gave wrong refernces. this time u will need to change references either by finding original refernces of ur information. aur change whole rap and give write refernce.

@Aamir, Same situation i faced. You dont need to resubmitt ur SLS. you just need to make new presentation and u need to resubmitt Preasentation along with resubmission statement. thats it. I confirmed from acca office.

download resubmission statement from acca website or give me ur email i will send u resubmission statement.
this is a form just fill that and submitt it as a separate file.My dear this is not inapproperiate. this consistancy. Always keep consistancy in ur report. Use corporate Social responsibility (CSR) in begining only. and then use CSR subsquently. It will decrease ur wordings also. Consistancy is also considered in marking. ok

wording in the figure is not included in the word count bcoz MS word does not count words inside the figure but the words at the bottom of the figure is calculated by MS word. u can also convert them to figure. then MS word will not count them.
PDF is not approperiate format.
Above formats are considered as standard. For surety pass plz dont use shortcuts. Markering scheme is going to be tough and tough every year.

formate should not be problem. but we can not say anything its depends on the mood of markeryour words counts should 6400-6500. there are some techniques to reduce the words count.
like:
Right as FY2011 this is one word instead of FY 2011 that is two words.
similarly PKR300 instead of PKR 300.

There is a document on opentuition named resubmission statement, this is just like a form should I submitt this form after filling?
But how to place signature there in softcopy?plz help me guys
