I failed because they hadn’t received my references which I had uploaded. Is there a complaints procedure as the site had crashed which I have proof that there was a problem at the time of submission?

47. I am so shocked and disappointed. I felt so comfortable with the syllabus and the paper. I would ask for a remark, but I am aware that this is a pointless effort. Oh well……back to the drawing board.
