the apv calculation , i forget write the assumption about the issue cost assumed not tax allowable , if i do it not tax allowable is it wrong ?

Q1 i know i definitely wrong many things… Q3 i calculate delta hedge n(-d1) , stated in exam , and use the number of shares divide to n(-d1) divided by contract size…am I right ? or i muz calculate put option ? so confuse….
