I have doubt on what basis do we differentiate between objectives and CSF.

The answer doesn’t have any explanation.
So I just wanted to know which of them are CSfs and the reason behind them selecting CSF.

It will find the value of x and it will be 100,000 but the answer is 100,001.
How to know this if the question was in fill in the blanks form?

So for the answer to be right, the loss of contribution should be included in remedial maintenance but not for preventive maintenance, right ??

It is given in kaplan kit and the answer which has been provided seems to be unclear and creating a confusion to understand.

As there is nothing to be compared of and the individual profits cannot be derives so the effect on individual division’s profit is being difficult to derive here

I think the lost contribution should not be included for remedial maintenance either, as taxi can operate maximum of 1600 hours per year. When the taxi is unavailable for remedial maintenance for 18 hours, the 18 hours could be compensated by running extra 18 hours in the mean time?
Correct me if my assumption is wrong here.

The solution I have doesn’t agree to this.

There is a loss of cashflow for remedial maintenance. Is it right to include loss of cashflow for remedial maintenance?

We do remedial maintenance after the taxi is being damaged or accident then it automatically becomes unavailable to run,so how would the lost contribution be relevant?
