Hello; just wanted to say that I thought it was quite a fair paper, really. The models that were required were quite easy – what I found hard was trying to relate them all to the scenarios. How do you know whether you are picking the right information… Anyway. For the CRM I used the customer identification, aquisition, retention and extension… Who knows what they wanted – it is always a surprise when one reads the official answers!! 🙂 Please may it be a pass!!!
August 23, 2011 at 8:01 pm #86459Congrats to those successful ones!! I was worried to bits; felt I might have failed when I left the exam hall and was stressing the whole time until yesterday – just to find out I scored unbelievable 82%!!! Can’t believe it 😀
July 27, 2011 at 9:04 pm #86125Oh Good,
so we don’t have to worry about the rate changes as of April 2011?!
I was getting a bit distressed when I looked up how many changes have actually taken place 🙂
Thanks, AnsiJune 17, 2011 at 9:15 pm #84901I am one of those who like to be well prepared and do try to be as well prepared as possible. All four of ACCA exams I’ve done before I found more or less easy but I do have to say that F5 is the hardest one so far. Even though I felt quite well prepared, it did catch me out a bit and am not quite sure what the result is going to be… It is really stressful knowing how much time you dedicated to preparation and it might not have been enough! I can imagine the disaster this paper must be for those who do not dedicate to study as much!! Fingers crossed for all us guys.

I was definitely gonna do all the exam kits, just wasn’t sure whether to buy the whole course with tutor support. I should be ok with just the book then :).
Congratulations on the pass and thanks a lot again for the comment!
