Thanks John 🙂
I came back to say that you should read the ACCA articles that correspond to the chapters once you have completed the chapter. These can provide clarity on what you have studied and even be an indication of how you will be examined as most are written by the examination team.
Hi Cassandra,
It is possible.
-You must stick to a plan.
-At least put in 15 to 20 hours of study per week for the subject.
-Be sure to do practice questions as you finish each chapter.
-Complete all content and chapters at least 4 weeks before the exam. For those four weeks to the exam do questions in the exam kit and do a few mock exams. Schedule them and do them under exam conditions. Use a black ball point pen as you would for the exam. Grade yourself and see where your weak areas are. Always complete all questions and use the recommended 1.8 minutes per mark.
The opentuition (OT) lectures are very good. I recommend that you read the chapter from your complete text(Kaplan or bpp) first and then watch the corresponding lecture on OT. Also, purchase the pocket notes along with the complete text and the exam kit. I personally prefer Kaplan because I have found it to be easier to follow than bpp. But you can research and see what other people say.
All the best. Believe in yourself. You can do it!!!
Thank you Mike 🙂
