Hi, regarding the changes in Topic 17, what is it means by ‘assessment of the origins of the CG issues’?

I am confused on what should I do.

For your information, I already done 40% percent of the RAP but there is less than 15 days left to complete it. What do you think? Should I proceed for submission P35 or defer to P36? 🙁
