Hello sir! I had taken the Performance management CBE Remote session exam. I had some technical issues during the exam. Firstly Keyboard was working very slowly, I had to wait for a bit to see on the screen what I have typed. I immediately contacted the invigilator and she told me that she is unable to help with this issue and told me to contact ACCA. Secondly, my screen got frozen multiple times and it took time for invigilator to restart the exam. This process totally wasted me around 10 minutes.After this the screen got frozen again just before the 7 minutes of ending the exam.This time even invigilator was unable to restart and ended the exam.Overall my examination performance was affected due to technical issues. I had sent mitigating circumstances letter to ACCA.Waiting for reply will they add me any marks for this issues? Please anyone reply me……
