I am facing same question which paper to sit, any sugestion as i definitley want to have practice certificate otherwise there is no advantage of doing ACCA.hey you can register with ACCA and start studies mean while start looking for work experience in Accounts role. I believe since you are in computer you think logicaly and hence passing ACCA should not be difficult. I have seen many friends coming from Science background and doing well with ACCA. however passing 14 papers may need some motivation.
Hey at different note I need your advice about studing IT, what do you suggest for Accounts background who wants to do IT, as i believe IT guys are really paid well. i want to study something which helps me enter into the field where i can use Accountancy and IT knowledge. some thing like business analysist/IT.
any suggestions ??Ya i think that make more sense.. should focus on remaining papers..
@chen87 I totally agree with you… ACCA seems to be easy pissy… anyone can pass the exams with little efforts….while studying exams it sounds tough.. but the passing marks are astonishing… I completed F7 without proper study , I hardly competed 50% of sylabus… though exams were easy i was not well prepared but still cleared!! i wonder how…?
I have great worry after passing exams whats the future…!! every tom dick and harry is ACCA pass.!
THE COST OF DEBT BEFORE TAX 7% WAS GIVEN THAN WHAT WAS THE NEED TO FIND BY IRR METHOD, CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN ??
ALSO IT WAS BEFORE TAX SO I DISCOUNTED AT 7(1-03) AT 5 APPROX.
WAS I WRONG ??
